We use standard contracts from TechSverige (former IT&Telekomföretagen), a membership organization with over 1400 members and close to 100 000 employees. These are in line with the GDPR. Here you can find information about the Data Controller & Data Processor, as well as our Privacy Policy.

General Terms and Conditions and Agreements

All Rackfish services are provided under TechSverige’s General Terms and Conditions for Cloud Services, with the Special Terms and Conditions for the Processing of Personal Data and our Specification as an appendix. Each service also has its own service terms.

The documents are available under Agreements and terms on my.rackfish.com/downloads. TechSverige’s documents are shown to logged-in customers. If you are not a customer, you can request them using our form.
