We use standard contracts from TechSverige (former IT&Telekomf\u00f6retagen), a membership organization with over 1400 members and close to 100 000 employees. These are in line with the GDPR. All Rackfish services are provided under TechSverige\u2019s General Terms and Conditions for Cloud Services, with the Special Terms and Conditions for the Processing of Personal Data and our Specification as an appendix. Each service also has its own service terms.<\/p>
